Welcome to Fouuunt!
Fouuunt, Inc., a Delaware corporation, operates the Fouuunt service from the United States and acts as the Data Controller for personal data processed through the Service. The Service is intended for users in the United States, and all data is stored and processed on servers located in the United States.
This Policy explains how we collect and use your data.
Account Data: Name, email, and authentication identifiers (e.g., Google account ID).
Usage Data: IP address, browser type, interaction logs.
User Content: The files you upload.
Subscription Billing: Name, email, plan, and billing history processed by Stripe for Fouuunt subscriptions. Fouuunt does not store full payment card or bank account numbers for subscriptions.
Stripe Connect (org owners): Fouuunt stores Stripe account identifiers and capability status for connected accounts. Identity, banking, and verification data required for Connect onboarding is collected directly by Stripe and is not stored by Fouuunt.
Invoice Payments (payers): Email address (if known), payment amount, currency, payment status, and Stripe transaction references. If an owner restricts invoice access, we may also process allowed email addresses submitted for access checks.
Invoice Content: Line items, totals, due dates, and related settings configured by the org owner.
To provide and maintain the service;
To process Fouuunt subscription payments;
To facilitate invoice checkout, payment confirmation emails, and payment status updates;
To notify org owners when a client pays an invoice;
To enforce invoice access controls (for example, email-restricted invoices);
To retain transaction records for fraud prevention, accounting, and legal compliance;
To communicate with you about your account;
To comply with legal obligations (e.g., DMCA, CSAM reporting).
We use trusted third-party infrastructure providers for hosting, analytics, and payment processing.
Stripe processes subscription billing, Stripe Connect onboarding, and invoice checkout payments. Payment card and bank account details are handled by Stripe, not stored by Fouuunt.
When a client pays an invoice, the org owner receives payer email and payment details needed to fulfill the work and provide client support.
We may disclose data if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Payment participants If you pay an invoice without a Fouuunt account, the project owner is responsible for fulfillment and client support related to that payment. Fouuunt processes payment metadata to operate checkout, send receipts, and notify the owner. For payment issues, contact the project owner. For questions about how Fouuunt handles payment data, contact help@fouuunt.com.
We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain personal data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services.
Files from deleted accounts are scheduled for permanent deletion within 30 days of termination. We cannot recover files once deleted.
We may retain specific billing and transaction logs as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.
Invoice payment records are retained as long as needed for the org's records, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and legal or financial requirements.
Inactive Free accounts (no login for 12+ months) will receive notice at least 30 days before deletion.
Files uploaded through temporary sessions are retained only for a short period and may be permanently deleted at any time at our sole discretion. Account creation may occur as part of your use of these features, in which case standard retention rules apply to any associated content.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and will be governed by United States laws and regulations.
You may access, update, or delete your account information at any time through your account settings.
You may request a copy of your data by contacting help@fouuunt.com.
You may request account deletion, which will result in the permanent removal of your data within 30 days.
Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection laws.
We use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and operate the Service.
We may also use a small number of analytics technologies to understand how the Service is used and to improve it.
You can disable cookies through your browser settings, but parts of the Service (including signing in) may not function correctly without them.
We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising, and we do not sell your personal data.
Fouuunt is not intended for children under 16. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is older, to use the Service or to provide personal data to us.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under that age. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child without verified parental consent, we will delete that data and terminate the associated account.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at help@fouuunt.com so we can take appropriate action.
